Clara Zang

Clara (Chuanyun) Zang, PhD, is a tech lead and AI practitioner with a strong background in data science and machine learning. Currently serving as a Principal Data Scientist at AT&T, they focus on developing question-answering search modeling for customer care using generative AI. Clara previously held roles as a Professional/Senior Data Scientist and Big Data Analyst at AT&T, where they contributed to various projects, including customer churn prediction and AI image recognition. Clara also worked as a Graduate Teaching Instructor at Georgia State University, teaching courses in mathematical modeling and statistics, and developing engaging lesson plans for diverse students. They hold a PhD in Mathematics.
