Claudia Knop is an experienced executive with a strong background in business systems engineering and human resources technology. At AT&T, Claudia served as Vice President of Business Systems Engineering, overseeing crucial technology deployments for Mobility and Broadband, and maintaining over 600 foundational applications. Additionally, Claudia led HR Technology & Analytics, managing the company's pandemic response efforts, and developed corporate policies for global entities including Warner Media. Prior roles included leadership in product development at BellSouth Internet, where Claudia ensured the success of strategic initiatives and generated significant revenue. Claudia began their career at CNN, focusing on public relations. Claudia holds an MBA and a BBA in Marketing and Professional and Corporate Communications from Emory University's Goizueta Business School.
