Claudia Owens

Claudia Owens is the current Director of Human Resource Services at AT&T, where they lead a team providing HR support to various retail and call center operations. Previously, they held multiple roles at AT&T, including Director HR Project Management and Associate Director of Human Resources, managing strategic HR initiatives across the Southeast Region. Claudia also served as a Public Relations Director for the Greater Birmingham Association of Home Builders earlier in their career. Claudia earned a Bachelor’s degree in Communications/Public Relations from the University of Alabama at Birmingham.
