Cris Rubio currently serves as the Lead Product Management & Development for the 5G Advanced Networks team at AT&T since October 2025. Previously, Cris worked at Blue Origin as a SLD RF Project Engineer focused on the communications subsystem design for the Blue Moon MK2 Human Landing System from August 2023 to July 2025. Additionally, Cris held the position of RF Engineering Manager at DISH TV from February 2021 to August 2023, where leadership in the DISH 5G Open RAN network design for South Florida was accomplished, ensuring compliance with FCC coverage requirements. Furthermore, experience includes working at Verizon as a 5G Radio Frequency Designer, contributing to the design of 5G mmWave small cells and C-Band modifications, and at Ericsson in various roles, including RAN Solution Architect and Services Engineer, focusing on network performance and design processes. Cris Rubio holds a Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering from Universidad Nacional Experimental del Táchira.
