As the CHRO for AT&T, Darcie leads the human resources team shaping a high-performance, market-based culture for more than 135,000 employees. She oversees talent, culture, leadership development, compensation, benefits, and employee experience—ensuring AT&T remains a top destination for talent.

Darcie spent more than 20 years at Amazon in pivotal roles. As a human resources executive, Darcie’s teams guided Amazon through periods of rapid growth and innovation. She played a key role in launching innovative go-to-market distribution initiatives such as Amazon Go, Amazon Books, and other physical stores. Darcie rotated across multiple leadership roles, supporting key Amazon business units, such as Worldwide Operations, Consumer Business, Devices, M&A, Business Development, Digital Entertainment, Studios, and Advertising. Through these opportunities, Darcie gained critical expertise in e-commerce platforms and services, tech infrastructure, cybersecurity, and international business, where she expanded Amazon’s human resources function across Europe and Asia.

Previously, she served as the CPO (Chief People Officer) at Snapchat, where she helped build the executive team, implemented data-driven decision-making, and shaped the company’s people strategy. At Flexport, a privately held logistics platform company, Darcie led the global human resources, communications, and philanthropy teams to build a pre-IPO people strategy. Most recently, she was the CPO at StackAdapt, a leading multi-channel ad platform.

Darcie holds a bachelor’s degree from Seattle Pacific University and actively mentors future HR leaders. She is passionate about developing global talent, championing people-centric business strategies, and leveraging technology to empower employees.
