David Bhatta

David Bhatta is an accomplished engineering professional with extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. Currently serving as a Senior RAN Engineer at AT&T since November 2012, David has been instrumental in launching the LTE network nationwide, developing standards and processes, and optimizing RF networks. Prior roles include consulting on LTE and UMTS networks at AT&T, as well as significant contributions at Motorola Mobile Devices, where David held various leadership positions, leading teams in the development of industry-first technologies for mobile handsets. David’s early career at Iridium Group involved key roles in the design and approval of the world’s first portable satellite handset. David holds an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BSEE from the University of Illinois Chicago.
