David Cho is the Chief Trademark Counsel at AT&T, where they oversee all trademark matters for the company and its affiliates. Having exclusively practiced trademark law since 1990, David has extensive experience in clearance, prosecution, enforcement, and litigation related to trademarks. They previously held senior positions at Pillsbury Winthrop Shaw Pittman and Banner & Witcoff, Ltd., and have served on the Trademark Public Advisory Committee for the USPTO. David holds a BA in Economics from the University of Virginia and a JD from The George Washington University Law School.
