David Purdy

David Purdy is currently the AVP of Mobility Core Services at AT&T, a position they have held since 2023. Their extensive career in network engineering includes roles as a Managing Consultant at Lucent Technologies/INS and a Senior Networking Consultant at INS. Previously, they served as a Director of Network Engineering at AT&T Mobility, overseeing critical systems such as EPC and IP Engineering. David began their career as a Senior Network Architect at BP Amoco and later managed IP Architecture and Engineering at Cingular Wireless. They hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering Technology from Texas A&M University and an MBA from Kennesaw State University.
