Dean C. McNeil has been involved in the medical field since 1990, progressing from receptionist to administrator in various clinics and hospitals across the New York Tri-State area. They later relocated to Atlanta, Georgia, where they operated their own business for two years before transitioning to a role as a Training & Delivery Instructor at AT&T. Dean aims to empower others through education and training, emphasizing that "there is great power in choice." They hold an Associate's degree in Computer Sciences and Networking from Pace University and a Certificate in Billing and Coding from Medgar Evers.
