Debbie Halvorson

Debbie Halvorson is a Senior Program Manager at AT&T, where they have managed multi-million dollar network integration projects since 1997. Prior to this role, they worked at Pacific Bell Network Integration from 1988 to 1997, leading an inside sales team focused on data integration sales orders. Additionally, Halvorson spent 10 years managing internal and external project managers and vendors for the Administrative Office of the Courts.
