Deborah Watson, PE, is currently the Director of Construction and Engineering at AT&T. With extensive experience in technical support, project management, and process improvement, Deborah has held various leadership roles throughout their career, including Chief of Staff and Area Manager in different capacities. Previously, Deborah managed environmental compliance and directed engineering teams at SBC MSI and SBC Southwest, fostering significant operational efficiencies and compliance standards. Deborah holds a Master of Business Administration from Oklahoma City University and a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from Oklahoma State University.
