DEWANDA RICKS, PMP, currently serves as the Chief Executive Officer of The NETwork BICP since January 2025, where the vision focuses on becoming a premier leader in providing growth opportunities through sustainable programs aimed at developing future generational leaders within the industry and community. RICKS has extensive experience at AT&T, starting in May 2001, where responsibilities include managing operations as an Area Manager at the Wholesale Service Center, overseeing technical management for a call center that supports provisioning and maintenance operations. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources Management and Services from the University of Phoenix (2005-2007) and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, specializing in Management and Operations from Wayne State University (1988-1993).
