Diann Hayes possesses extensive experience in both telecommunications and human resources management. Starting as a Staff Analyst at BellSouth Telecommunications from July 1985 to December 1994, Diann transitioned to IT roles, including an IT Analyst position at Blue Cross Blue Shield from January 1997 to January 1998 and a Software Analyst role at Advance Technology Consultants from January 1995 to January 1997. Diann then served as an Account Manager at 3Ci from December 2008 to September 2017, followed by a position as Human Resources Operations Manager at The University of Alabama from October 2017 to January 2022. Currently, Diann is a Senior System Engineer at AT&T since February 2022. Diann holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing and a Master of Science in Computer Science from The University of Alabama.
