D'Mario Payne is a strategic people leader and HR business partner with over a decade of leadership and management experience. Currently serving as the Lead Human Resources Business Partner at AT&T, D'Mario provides HR solutions to senior leadership and supports a diverse employee base. With a background in military service, having held roles such as Human Resource Supervisor in the US Army and Human Resources Specialist in the Army National Guard, D'Mario also contributed as a member of the Board of Directors for the ULM Alumni Association. D'Mario's previous experience includes positions at ADP, Walgreens, and the United States Department of Defense, along with recent work at Boeing as a Senior Compensation & Equity Operations Analyst. D'Mario is pursuing further education at Grambling State University.
