Don Kellar

Don Kellar has over 32 years of experience in the telecommunications industry, currently serving as Associate Director of RAN Engineering at AT&T Mobility since June 1991, with responsibilities primarily in the Fresno, CA area. Previously, Don held several roles at AT&T and Cingular Wireless, including Senior RF Design Engineer and Design Engineering Manager. Early in Don’s career, experience included working as an RF engineer at McCaw Cellular. Don Kellar holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering with a focus on RF Communications from California State University, Fresno, and a high school diploma with an emphasis in Math and Science from Palm Springs High School. Known as a task and results-oriented problem solver, Don has a proven track record of effectively addressing complex quality and service issues.
