Doug Chandler graduated from The Citadel-Military College of South Carolina, earning degrees in Business Administration and Electrical and Electronics Engineering. They have over 17 years of experience managing and leading large teams, currently serving as Associate Director of Network Technology Support at AT&T, where they oversee Fiber Network Reliability and Infrastructure Support. Doug has previously excelled in various roles at BellSouth/AT&T, receiving multiple awards for improvement in performance metrics while enhancing team culture around Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion. Residing in the Atlanta, Georgia area, Doug enjoys spending time with family and engaging in hobbies such as music, golfing, and fitness.
