Doug Schuler

Doug Schuler is a Senior Methods and Procedures Manager at AT&T, where they have previously held roles such as Lead User Acceptance Tester and Manager of Methods and Procedures. With significant experience in developing communications and procedural documents, Doug has created numerous methods for large-scale implementations, such as a new Salesforce program that serves thousands of employees. Prior to AT&T, they worked at DIRECTV as a Lead IT Business Analyst, managing IT project development and supporting field operations. Doug's career also includes roles at Dish Network, where they coordinated sales and operational improvements while providing training and support to teams. They are currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies at the University of Northern Colorado.
