Dr. Luis Ramos

Dr. Luis Ramos is a mission-driven executive with nearly four decades of leadership experience, currently serving as a Principal System Engineer at AT&T and the President/CEO of Sandcastle, Inc. They have a strong background in credit union strategy and risk management, having held various leadership roles, including Chair of the Board at Nutmeg State Financial Credit Union and Vice Chair at the National Association of Credit Union Chairs. Dr. Ramos also contributed to academia as a certified faculty member at the University of Phoenix, where they developed and taught courses on organizational leadership and management. They hold a Doctor of Management in Organizational Leadership and a MBA in Organizational Management from the University of Phoenix, along with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from the University of Puerto Rico.
