Dwain Boswell

Dwain Boswell, PMP, has been a key member of AT&T since 1996, holding various managerial roles including Portfolio Integration Partner Solutions and Finance Billing Operations Manager, where responsibilities included overseeing organizational policies, enhancing workflow, and managing customer service objectives. Boswell also directed a team in special access and payphone operations, ensuring efficient billing processes across nine states. Additionally, as the owner of Boswell Properties, Corp. since 2004, Dwain Boswell specializes in quality rentals, sales, and real estate development. Early career experience includes serving as a liaison for the Alabama State House of Representatives in 1996. Academically, Dwain Boswell earned a Master’s degree in Real Estate Development from Auburn University and a Bachelor of Arts in Public Administration from Talladega College.
