Eric Horvath is a high-energy Project Management leader with extensive experience in leadership development and operations management. They served as the Director of Credit and Collections and later as the Director of Call Center Operations at AT&T from 2015 to 2021, where they directed call center operations and implemented process improvements to enhance service delivery. Prior to these roles, Eric held the position of Area Manager, leading method and procedure initiatives. They earned a BA in Psychology from Wingate University in 1996.
