Esteban Hugues

Esteban Hugues is currently the Vice President and General Manager at AT&T, where they lead high-performing teams and focus on customer relations. Previously, they served as AVP at AT&T from 2017 to 2020, managing a substantial media budget and launching successful prepaid products that significantly boosted sales. Esteban also held key marketing roles at Iusacell and TV Azteca, where they were instrumental in brand relaunches and strategic marketing initiatives. They pursued a diploma in management from Tecnológico de Monterrey and are currently working toward a Bachelor's degree in Advertising from Western Valley University.
