Francisco Madera has extensive experience in telecommunications and network maintenance, currently serving as a Digital Technician at AT&T since February 2015. Previously, Francisco held the position of Network Maintenance Tech 2 at Centennial de Puerto Rico from 2000 to 2010 and has been an Associate Field/Tech Network Superintendent at AT&T Mobility Puerto Rico since February 2000. Francisco's responsibilities include providing feedback to various departments on equipment availability and maintenance. Educational qualifications include a Microcomputer Repair degree from John Dewey College and a Refrigeration & Air Conditioning degree from the same institution, along with a Certified Cisco Network Associate (CCNA) certification from AT&T University and a Network+ certification.
