Fred Blackburn, MA, MLC, is a retired Sergeant Major from the USA and currently serves as a senior consultant at The Training Edge, LLC. With extensive experience in telecommunications and military leadership, Fred held various senior roles at AT&T, including IMS Platform Manager and Senior Business Manager. In the military, Fred has served in key positions such as Partner Nation Engagement NCOIC for US Army Africa and as a Senior Instructor for the US Army Reserve.
