Garrett McGuire

Garrett McGuire is the Regional Director of External and Legislative Affairs for AT&T in Virginia and Washington, D.C., where they advocate for company priorities and educate lawmakers about 5G technology. Previously, Garrett held positions as a Legislative Assistant for the Virginia House of Delegates and managed state government affairs for a trade association. They have served on multiple boards, including the Virginia Chamber of Commerce and the Fairfax 250 Commission, and were recognized as a 40 under 40 awardee in Alexandria. Garrett holds both a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree from Virginia Tech and actively participates in alumni engagement. They reside in Alexandria with their family.
