Gene Graham

Gene Graham is a Principal Systems Engineer at AT&T, where they currently lead engineering efforts on the Cisco Hosted Collaboration Solution, providing cloud-based collaboration products. They possess nearly 20 years of experience in the voice field, with a primary focus on Cisco voice products, including Call Manager and Unity Connection. Gene holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology from Middle Tennessee State University, which they completed in 2017. Prior to their role at AT&T, Gene worked as a System Technician at BellSouth from 1999 to 2014.
