Harold Arata

Dr. Harold J. Arata III is the Lead Systems Design Engineer for AT&T, Government Solutions, where they advise C-suite executives on cyberspace systems acquisition and program analysis. They previously served as the Director of the Cyber Center of Excellence at Riverside Research and held various leadership roles within the United States Air Force, including Commander of the 704 Mission Support Group. Dr. Arata earned a PhD in computer science from the University of Tulsa and multiple master's degrees in related fields. They are also a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP) and a recipient of the CyberPatriot “Order of Merit.”
