Hope Wu

Hope Wu is a Senior in Advanced Analytics at AT&T, where they develop user reporting and analytics tools to enhance customer experience and reduce cancel rates. Previously, they served as a Lead Systems Analyst at DIRECTV, focusing on credit scoring and system integration, and as an Anti Money Laundering Analyst at Wedbush Morgan Securities, where they significantly improved the efficiency of the AML review process. Hope holds an MBA in Marketing and Organizational Behavior from Carnegie Mellon University and a BS in General Management & Law from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
