James Louie

James Louie is a Global Security Executive and Attorney with extensive experience in threat management and investigations. Currently serving as the Vice President and Chief Security Officer at AT&T, they develop and implement global security strategies to proactively manage physical threats. Previously, Louie held a director position at Microsoft, overseeing physical security across North and South America, and served as an Attorney-Advisor at the U.S. Department of Homeland Security in the wake of the September 11th attacks. Their legal background also includes roles at the U.S. Department of Transportation and the King County Prosecuting Attorney's Office. Louie earned a Doctor of Law degree from Seattle University School of Law and is pursuing a Professional Mediation Certification at the University of Washington School of Law.
