Jason Shaw is a seasoned technical lead with over 20 years of experience in Tier 1 Mobile Core technology, currently serving as the Lead Member of Technical Staff at AT&T. Since 2021, they have been focused on mobile core user plane architecture strategy and have recently worked on various advanced projects, including 5G packet core network development. Prior to this role, Jason held positions at Openwave Systems and Andersen Consulting, where they contributed to mobile infrastructure and Unix administration. Jason earned a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from UC Santa Barbara in 1996.
