Jay Jarrell served in the US Navy from October 1985 to September 1991, holding the title of FC2 aboard the USS DEWEY and USS SEMMES. Following military service, Jay joined AT&T in July 1994 and has advanced to the position of Senior Network Support in Software Engineering. Jay earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Software and Information Systems from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, completing the program from 2005 to 2009.
