Jess Olivas is a Lead Network Technology Architect with extensive experience in network solutions and automation across various industries. They served as a Solutions Engineer at Cisco from 1999 to 2005, mentoring 250 OSS sales engineers and leading IP OSS architecture projects. From 2005 to 2015, Jess worked at IBM as a Network Solutions Architect on notable projects, including the NAVSEA OpenStack Cloud implementation for the US DoD and the development of 3GPP IMS SDP for Telefónica. Currently, Jess is a Senior Network Planning Architect at AT&T, where they transform national network cloud operations and manage 4G LTE and 5G architecture.
