Jez Chance

Jez Chance is an experienced international staffing and talent acquisition leader, currently serving as the Talent Acquisition & Staffing Leader for Europe, EMEA, Mexico, and CALA at AT&T. Jez has previously held roles at AstraZeneca, including Employer Brand Recruitment Marketing & Communications Manager, where they promoted the employer brand to enhance talent attraction. Their earlier experience includes professional recruitment at IPS and corporate recruiting at Charles Schwab. Jez continues their education in Industrial Management at Nottingham Trent University and Marketing & Marketing Research at the University of Stirling, where they have achieved a distinction in their Master's program.
