Jill Carter

Jill Carter is a Senior IT Network Designer at AT&T, bringing extensive experience in the telecommunications industry. They previously held positions as a Senior Network Engineer and Planner, as well as a Senior Network Design Engineer, where they managed capacity planning and deployed critical network projects across multiple data centers. Prior to AT&T, Jill was a Senior Network Analyst at BellSouth Telecommunications Inc., contributing to the development of standards for IP WAN presence. Currently, Jill is pursuing a B.S. in Industrial Engineering at the University of Alabama, maintaining a 4.0 GPA.
