Jill Singer

Jill Singer is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in federal solutions and national security. Currently serving as Vice President of Federal Solutions at AT&T since February 2015, Jill leads initiatives that support various government entities, emphasizing the Department of Defense and Homeland Security. Previous roles at AT&T included Vice President positions focused on national security and defense, where Jill was instrumental in delivering strategic technology solutions to defense agencies. Additionally, Jill is the CEO of Tummler Singer Associates, LLC, a consulting firm specializing in strategy and innovation, and has held senior positions within the U.S. Intelligence Community, including CIO for NRO and Deputy Chief Information Officer for the US Intelligence Community. Jill holds a Master’s degree in Systems Analysis and a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Science from the University of West Florida.
