Jim Jeffcoat is currently the Area VP of Service Management at AT&T, where they have supported Signature Client Group customers in the Southeast since 2009. Previously, from 2005 to 2009, they served as Area Vice President at AT&T, leading teams dedicated to resolving issues for business clients. Jim holds an AB in Computer Science from the University of Georgia, an MBA in Marketing/Accounting from Mercer University, and completed an AMP at Duke University's Fuqua School of Business.
