Joe York is a seasoned leader in the telecommunications industry, having served as President of AT&T Florida & Gulf States since 2023, and previously as President of AT&T Florida and the Caribbean from 2002 to 2013. In their role at AT&T, they have overseen government relations and advanced communications technology initiatives in Florida, Puerto Rico, and the U.S. Virgin Islands. York has also contributed to public policy as the Vice Chairman of the Board for Enterprise Florida from 2018 to 2020 and has been involved with various boards, including the State Board of Education since 2018 and the Jacksonville Port Authority from 2010 to 2018. They began their career as a Partner at Arnall & York, Inc., where they managed operations for a government affairs consulting firm. Joe earned a degree from Auburn University between 1988 and 1991.
