John Dillard

John Dillard is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in IT program management and cyber operations, currently serving as the Director of DoD 5G Strategy and Solutions at AT&T since June 2017. Prior roles include Senior Program Manager for USAF Enterprise Services and Chief of the Business Systems Analysis Branch at the Office of the Under Secretary of the Air Force, where significant contributions included managing multi-million dollar IT contracts, implementing cyber security best practices, and leading strategic initiatives projected to save billions. With a robust background in military operations and intelligence systems spanning over two decades, Dillard has also held key positions at the National Security Agency, Defense Information Systems Agency, and Air National Guard, among others. Dillard holds a Master’s degree in Information Technology Management from Webster University and a Bachelor’s degree in Finance from Alabama State University, complemented by advanced military education.
