John Habeeb

John Habeeb has over four decades of experience at AT&T, serving as Director since June 1975, overseeing regulatory and legislative activities that impact the AT&T network. From January 2000 to January 2016, John held the position of Director of Regulatory Affairs at AT&T in San Antonio, Texas, where representation of the Network in various regulatory and legislative matters occurred across federal, state, local, and international jurisdictions. John earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance from Texas A&M Kingsville, attending from 1971 to 1975, and completed high school education at Mary Carroll High School from 1969 to 1971.
