John Porter

John Porter is an OSP Engineering Manager with over 32 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. They began their career as a line and splicing technician before advancing to roles in OSP Engineering and project management. Having served as a project manager at Gudenkauf Corporation and Byers Engineering Company, John has also held various managerial positions at AT&T and Frontier Communications. They are a veteran of the United States Air Force, where they worked as an OSP Lineman/Splicer. John completed their education at American Military University between 2007 and 2010.
