John Ridgeway M. Ed

John Ridgeway, M.Ed, is a seasoned Learning and Development professional with over 20 years of corporate training experience. They have directed teams and designed innovative training solutions at AT&T, where they served as Associate Director for several roles from 2010 to 2023. Earlier in their career, John contributed to pioneering online loan applications at Countrywide and led projects in web development as the owner of BizNet Integrators, LTD. They earned a Master’s Degree in Adult Education and Training from the University of Phoenix between 2012 and 2014.
