John Roberts is an Associate Director of Technology at AT&T, where they lead a team of over 30 resources managing a large-scale decisioning engine for order and upgrade flows. With a strong background in IT platform management, project delivery, and business intelligence systems, John has extensive experience in driving strategic and operational change in complex environments. They previously held roles such as Sr. Software Engineering Manager, facilitating the development of a Big Data analytics platform and a business-critical marketing rules platform. John earned an MBA with a concentration in Information Technology from Georgia Tech and has worked across various organizations, including Sprint Nextel and RIM | BlackBerry.
