Jon Averill

Jon Averill is a strategic sales leader currently serving as the Director of Sales Operations at AT&T, where they focus on driving sales transformation and executing strategic initiatives. With a proven track record in optimizing processes and enhancing team performance, Jon has held multiple director-level roles at AT&T since 1995, including Director of Sales Planning and Director of Channel Marketing. Prior to joining AT&T, Jon worked as a Program Analyst at Resolution, Inc. They are currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting and Finance, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems and Services, both at the University of Vermont.
