Jordan Nix began a career at AT&T in September 2018 as a Frontline Agent in Mobility Technical Support and quickly transitioned to Mobility Sales & Service, earning the prestigious Summit Award. In 2020, Jordan stepped into leadership as an MI60 (Assistant Manager) and was promoted to Center Sales Shepherd in 2021. Passionate about development and training, Jordan was appointed Senior Training Manager in February 2022 and currently serves as a Specialist in Training Delivery, supporting the Mobility Loyalty Group and Mobility Sales & Service. A third-generation graduate of Florida A&M University with a Bachelor of Science in Public Relations/Image Management, Jordan is dedicated to fostering inclusive environments and mentoring others. Outside of work, Jordan enjoys singing and songwriting, and is a proud sports parent.
