Jovan C. Hicks

Jovan C. Hicks is the Associate Director of External and Legislative Affairs at AT&T, where they have held the position since 2015. In this role, Jovan is responsible for community relations and regulatory affairs, and has led initiatives such as the low-cost broadband program, Access from AT&T. Additionally, Jovan serves as the Executive Chair of the Board of Directors for EveryoneOn and has been an active Vice Chair of the Human Rights Advisory Committee for the City of Palmdale since 2023. Jovan holds an MBA/MA in Education Leadership from Mills College and a BA from Howard University.
