Judy Shen is currently the Federal Tax Controversy Director at AT&T, where they previously held the role of Global Tax Research & Planning Lead from 2020 to 2023. Prior to joining AT&T, they worked as an International Tax & Transaction Advisory Manager at EY from 2017 to 2020. Judy is pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Accounting at The University of Texas at Dallas and has also earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from the Texas McCombs School of Business.
