Kalpesh Patel is a Lead Project-Program Manager at AT&T with over 24 years of experience in the telecommunications industry. They hold a Master’s Degree in Operations Management from the State University of New York - Stony Brook and a Six Sigma Black Belt certification. Kalpesh has successfully led cross-functional teams to implement projects focused on process improvement, operational efficiencies, and customer satisfaction using Lean and Six Sigma methodologies. Prior to their current role, Kalpesh held positions at SeaquistPerfect Dispensing, Aramark Uniform Services, and Energizer Holdings.
