Keith Allen

Keith Allen is a skilled computer engineer with extensive experience in telecommunications, currently serving as the Lead Product Development Engineer at AT&T. They have held significant roles, including Director of Advanced Technical Support and Lead Member of Technical Staff at AT&T, where they were instrumental in developing VoIP services and network solutions. Previously, at Bellcore/Telcordia and SW Bell Technology Resources, they contributed to the research and development of next-generation switching technologies. Keith earned a B.S. in Computer Engineering from Iowa State University and an M.S. in Computer & Electrical Engineering from Columbia University.
