Kenneth Winburn

Kenneth Winburn currently serves as the Director of New Technology Product Development Engineering at AT&T, a position held since October 2011, overseeing a team focused on implementing new technologies for the U-verse Platform, Digital Life Platform, and Emergency Cell Broadcast. With previous experience as the Director of Video Operations at AT&T from September 2007 to January 2011, Kenneth managed operations supporting U-Verse IPTV services. Kenneth's career at AT&T began in 2001, accumulating significant expertise in various IT roles, including as a Senior Systems Manager responsible for developing and implementing the U-verse video platform and creating an SMS support system for inventory management. Kenneth holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Management from the University of Phoenix, obtained between 2008 and 2010.
