Khurram Javed

Khurram Javed is a Manager of RAN Engineering at AT&T, where they have been responsible for 4G/5G Radio Access Network spectrum, traffic, capacity, and e911 engineering since 2011. They previously held roles at Nortel Networks as an RF Design & Optimization Engineer and with Lucent Technologies, where they led RF Design, Optimization, and Performance Engineering for various networks. Khurram's educational background includes a BSEE from UET and a MSEE from The University of Texas at Arlington, along with a PMP certification from the Project Management Institute.
