Larry Katz

Larry Katz is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in communications and engineering. Currently serving as Chief Engineer for Unified Communications at AT&T since January 2020, Katz manages the deployment of Microsoft 365, Teams, and telephony services for defense clients, including the US Army. Prior roles include UC Architect at Harris Corporation, where Katz designed and implemented technology solutions for military users, and Technical Solutions Professional at Microsoft, focused on meeting and telephony solutions utilizing Microsoft technologies. Katz also held the position of Director of Product Management for Messaging, Collaboration, and Mobility at AT&T’s Managed Applications & SaaS division, and was President of Intec Consulting, Inc., providing consulting services to Fortune 500 companies. Katz's career began in IT management at Texas Instruments/GSE Systems, with a notable progression through various technical roles. Katz holds a Master of Engineering Science in Computer Science from Loyola University Maryland and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing Management from the University of Maryland.
